About Chris

I am absolutely passionate about God, the Kingdom of God and seeing people come to know Adonai and grow spiritually. And:

(1) Teaching the Bible from a Messianic Jewish 1st Century perspective;
(2) Study the history and Jewish context, culture and writings to gain a fuller insight into the Bible;
(3) Speak and teach at churches from a Jewish 1st Century framework.

Our newsletter usually has this verse in it somewhere, and it is how I feel about life:One thing have I asked of Adonai, that will I seek: to dwell in the House of Adonai all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of Adonai, and to meditate in His Temple” (Psalm 27:4).

As a Messianic pastor, I use the Bible, prayer and knowledge of Jewish scholarship to inspire you to grow in your relationship with God, making that relationship a central to every aspect of your life.  Understanding the Hebrew Bible or Tanakh (in Christian circles that’s the Old Testament) and understanding the Jewish context, makes the newer covenant (in Christian circles it is called the New Testament) so much clearer – and the meaning so much richer!

Centrally based in Rapid City, South Dakota, I can get to any place in the USA pretty quickly. I’m available to speak about his work to congregations (churches, synagogues and temples), schools and other groups.

I’m working on a M.Div. in Messianic Jewish Studies and intensive yeshiva studies in Messianic Judaism.
